Lage

Perdiguera liegt im südöstlichen Zentrum der Comarca Monegros etwa 29 km ostnordöstlich der Provinzhauptstadt Saragossa in etwa 475 m. Im Osten der Gemeinde befindet sich die Sierra de Alcubierre.
